Attend this dynamic event to learn how to make a delicious, easy dinner from appetizer to desert. Follow along with local Executive Chefs John Vallese and Justin Harrison as they demonstrate how to create a fabulous meal for family and friends.

John A. Vallese is Vice President/Culinary Director and co-owner of Just In Thyme Catering & Events, Inc. John has over 20 years experience working in the food and hospitality industry. He has a passion for food that creates a fully immersive experience for his clientele allowing them to enjoy not just the flavors but the visual display as well.

Justin A. Harrison is President/Sales & Marketing Director and co-owner of Just In Thyme Catering & Events, Inc. Justin comes with a rather broad background, most recently serving as Financial Solutions Center Manager at First Commonwealth Bank. He too shares a passion for food which he shares with his clients in the creation of custom menus and events. Together they share over 10 years of friendship and now a new adventure of creating fabulous food to help celebrate life’s many achievements.

We hope you will join them and Savor the Moment.
