We offer a variety of classes designed for all levels and abilities, helping older adults improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall well-being in a fun, supportive environment. Whether you're just getting started or looking to stay fit, there’s something for everyone. Join us - no registration required!

Silver Sneakers Circuit

Try a heart-healthy aerobics class to energize using low-impact movements that focus specifically on building upper-body strength plus cardio endurance.

Silver Sneakers Classic

Designed to increase muscle strength and range of movement. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. Class can be modified depending on fitness levels

Senior Stix

A great cardio drumming workout using exercises balls and drumsticks, it will get you heart rate going, improve your coordination and strengthen your core.

Silver Sneakers Stability

If you want to improve your balance and strength, Silver Sneakers Stability is the class for you! Movements focus on strengthening the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving reaction time.

Mat Yoga

No shoes, and participants must be able to get up and down freely. Bring your own yoga mat to each class.

Silver Sneakers Yoga

Move through a complete series of seated and standing poses designed to increase flexibility, balance, and the range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
